Director of His Hill Bible School, a one-year Bible College of 40-60 students that come from around the world each year. In addition to thirty-two years of serving in the ministry at His Hill, Charlie has been the preaching elder of Boerne Bible Church for over twenty-five years and is a member of the Executive Committee for Torchbearers, International. He also teaches annually at several of the Torchbearer Bible schools around the world.
